Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday | Remote: Wednesday & Friday)
Salary: $123,000 – $185,000 annually
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead general accounting operations, oversee financial reporting, ensure GAAP compliance, and manage a team within a fast-paced oil & gas environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Oil & Gas industry experience required (Midstream preferred)
- Experience leading or supervising an accounting team
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- CPA preferred
- Experience with TIPS, Waterfield, and Power BI
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports
- Analyze accounting processes and recommend improvements
- Partner with auditors and cross-functional teams
