Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Respiratory Therapy /Respiratory Care Manager to lead respiratory therapy services across one or more sites. This role oversees staff, ensures high-quality patient care, maintains regulatory compliance, and improves operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop respiratory therapy staff
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety regulations
- Oversee patient care, treatment plans, and discharge processes
- Manage staffing, equipment, and supplies efficiently
- Monitor performance metrics and lead quality improvement initiatives
- Address patient concerns and support complex cases
- Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of respiratory therapy experience
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- California RCP License, RRT, and BLS (required at hire)
