Job Title: Corporate Tax Associate – Hybrid | Dallas, TX
We are currently hiring a Corporate Tax Experienced Senior Associate for a leading public accounting firm based in Dallas, TX. This is a hybrid opportunity (3 days onsite) offering the chance to work on complex corporate tax engagements within a collaborative and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review ASC 740 tax provisions
- Support corporate tax compliance and consulting engagements
- Assist with tax planning and advisory for corporate clients
- Collaborate with audit and tax teams to ensure accurate reporting
- Support tax provision preparation, review, and audit processes
- 2–4 years of corporate tax experience
- Strong experience with ASC 740 tax provision (preparation, review, and audit)
- Background in corporate tax compliance and consulting
- CPA preferred or CPA eligible
- Recent experience working with a Top 20 public accounting firm
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
