Job Title: Partnership Taxation Senior Associate
📍 Location: Tulsa, OK (Hybrid – Minimum 3 days onsite)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review tax returns (partnerships, S corps, individuals, trusts)
  • Support tax planning, compliance, and consulting projects
  • Research tax issues and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet deadlines
  • Assist in managing multiple client engagements
  • Respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries
  • Mentor and support junior staff

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 2+ years of public accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of tax compliance and US GAAP
  • Experience with partnership, S corp, and individual tax returns
  • Must meet 150 credit hours requirement for CPA eligibility

Preferred Qualifications
  • Active CPA or CPA-eligible
  • Experience with high-net-worth individuals or closely held businesses
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
