Job Title: Senior Executive Compensation Consultant
Location: Irvine, CA / Santa Clara, CA / Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Required Experience:
- 10+ years in Compensation
- 7+ years in Executive Compensation (public company)
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of executive compensation governance & regulations
- Experience with Compensation Committee processes and annual planning cycles
- Expertise in regulatory filings (Proxy/CD&A, 10-K, 8-K)
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, scenario analysis, data validation)
- Ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Strong documentation, tracking, and audit readiness experience
- High attention to detail and confidentiality handling
