Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid)
Position Type: Full-time

Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to support tax compliance, planning, and ASC 740 tax provision activities for a diverse client base. This role involves managing engagements, mentoring staff, and working closely with clients and internal tax specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax engagements from planning through completion
• Review tax returns and identify tax-saving opportunities
• Lead ASC 740 tax provision preparation/review and audit support
• Supervise and mentor staff and seniors
• Conduct tax research and resolve complex tax issues
• Work directly with clients and respond to tax authority inquiries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 4–7 years of corporate tax compliance or consulting experience
• Active CPA (FL or eligible for reciprocity) or JD with active license
• Public accounting experience (Top 15 firm preferred)
• Strong experience with ASC 740 and corporate tax
• Experience with large, multi-state or global companies

Preferred

• OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) experience
• Background in professional services
• Stable work history (minimal job changes)
