Job Title: Principal Engineer – Embedded Software/Firmware
Location: Bangalore, India
Work Mode: Onsite
Timings: Monday to Friday
Job Summary
Responsible for leading embedded firmware development, managing teams, and ensuring successful product delivery from design to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead embedded C/C++ firmware development and overall product lifecycle
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers
- Drive architecture, design, testing, and release of software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development
- Debug complex hardware/software issues and ensure resolution
- Plan milestones and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CSE/ECE or related field
- 15+ years of experience in embedded C/C++ firmware development
- Experience in team/technical leadership
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems and microcontroller architecture
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
