Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage patient care delivery and clinical operations
Oversee staffing, resources, budgeting, and compliance
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Drive quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives
Hire, train, and mentor nursing staff
Requirements
BSN required
Active Oregon RN license
5+ years of patient care experience
4+ years of leadership or management experience
BLS certification
