Job Title: Partnership Tax Manager – Asset Management
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Travel: As needed
Key Responsibilities
- Review partnership tax returns and provide tax planning guidance
- Evaluate partnership agreements and manage IRC 704(b) accounts
- Lead client engagements and manage multiple tax projects
- Research partnership tax matters (Subchapter K)
- Communicate with clients and tax authorities, including IRS inquiries
- Mentor and train team members
- Support business development activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA required
- 6–10 years of tax compliance/consulting experience in public accounting
- Experience with partnership structuring and asset management clients
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and partnership taxation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must be able to work hybrid schedule (3 days in office)
- Ability to travel as needed
