Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer – Go to design and build high-performance, cloud-native backend services and APIs using Go. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Go, Kubernetes, gRPC/REST APIs, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud technologies, with experience developing scalable, production-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Go.
- Build cloud-native applications, Kubernetes controllers, and automation tools.
- Develop gRPC/REST APIs and integrate with databases and messaging systems.
- Optimize application performance, concurrency, and resource utilization.
- Implement testing, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and maintain technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with Go.
- Strong experience with Go, Kubernetes, gRPC/REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka/NATS, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kubernetes Operators, eBPF, service mesh, or security-focused Go projects.
- Open-source contributions or experience with WASM/TinyGo
