Job Summary
We are looking for a Embedded Validation Engineer to lead testing activities, support OEM integrations, and ensure high-quality software validation for embedded and connected systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small validation team (2–3 engineers)
- Plan and execute end-to-end testing (test planning, execution, documentation)
- Design test strategies including OTA validation scenarios
- Work with OEM partners for integration and issue resolution
- Improve test quality, coverage, and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and track project progress
- Maintain test artifacts in PLM systems and follow Agile practices
Required Skills
- Strong experience in embedded/device validation
- Hands-on experience with OTA testing
- Knowledge of CAN / J1939 / UDS protocols
- Experience with CANalyzer or PCAN tools
- Basic understanding of Azure/AWS
- Experience in test strategy, automation, and documentation
- Exposure to PLM systems and Agile methodology
- Ability to lead small teams and collaborate with stakeholders
