Job Title: Partnership Tax Manager – Asset Management
Location: Irvine, CA, US /Los Angeles, CA 90071, US/ San Francisco, CA, US (Hybrid)
Overview:
Manage and review complex partnership tax engagements while delivering high-quality tax compliance and consulting services. Lead teams, support clients, and provide strategic tax guidance in a hybrid work environment.
Must-Haves:
- CPA required
- 6–10 years of partnership tax experience
- Background in a top 10 public accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of Subchapter K, partnership returns, and US GAAP
- Experience with partnership structuring
- Hybrid role (in-office 3 days/week)
- Willing to travel as needed
- Entity formation and M&A experience
- Minimal job hopping
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
