Job Title: Imaging Manager
Location: Bellevue, WA

We are currently seeking an experienced Imaging Manager to oversee daily operations of a large diagnostic imaging department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a high-performing team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of imaging services including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, and X-ray
- Oversee staff performance, conduct reviews, and support employee development
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Monitor imaging workflows, resolve PACS and operational issues, and ensure quality standards
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and address equipment-related issues impacting patient care
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve workflows and patient experience
- Analyze volume and access trends to support operational and strategic planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of diagnostic imaging experience
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Relevant certification (ARRT, RDMS or NMTCB)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Washington State)
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
- Radiologic Technologist certification from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)
