Job Title: Corporate Tax Senior Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage corporate tax engagements for multiple clients
Review complex corporate tax returns and ASC 740 income tax provisions
Provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance support
Manage, mentor, and develop tax professionals across engagements
Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
Identify opportunities to expand services and support business growth
Required Qualifications
CPA or active JD/Attorney license required
5–7+ years of corporate tax compliance or consulting experience
Strong experience with ASC 740 (Income Tax Provision)
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate income tax regulations
Experience in public accounting or professional services preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s in Taxation, LLM in Tax, or JD preferred)
Compensation
