Bright Vision Technologies LLC is seeking internal Junior financial accountant for a Full-Time hire.

About Us: Bright Vision Technologies is a leading IT staffing company committed to delivering top-notch services to our clients across the United States. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Accountant to join our remote team. This role is crucial in managing our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining financial health for our company.

Must have 1-2 years of experience working in US IT Staffing companies managing H1b employees payroll.

Job Description:

The role of staff accountant involves providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization. Complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. Day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner. Interaction with vendors on a daily basis.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Keep track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
  • Maintain historical records with accuracy in accounting/ book keeping
  • Pay vendors and ensure payments are received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance
  • Prepare analysis of accounts and produce monthly reports
  • Continue to improve the accounting processes
  • Additional duties assigned by management as necessary
  • Experience in Quickbooks a must
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of prior accounts payable/ receivables experience
  • Degree in accounting preferred
  • Professional demeanor
  • Proficiency at Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills
