Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP projects from planning and initiation through implementation, deployment, and go-live.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP projects from planning and initiation through implementation and go-live.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with SAP functional/technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
- Track project progress and ensure milestones are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and change requests.
- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Coordinate impact assessments and approvals for project changes.
- Manage testing, UAT, deployment, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Maintain project documentation, governance, status reports, and project artifacts.
- Drive post-go-live support, knowledge transfer, and transition activities.
- 7+ years of SAP Project Management experience.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end SAP implementations or transformation projects.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional SAP teams and client stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, change management, and governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with travel as required.
- PMP and/or SAP-related certification is a plus.
