Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple tax engagements and client relationships
- Provide corporate tax planning and compliance support
- Review tax returns and lead ASC 740 provisions
- Mentor and guide team members
- Support business development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- Active CPA or JD (required)
- 5–7+ years of tax experience (public accounting preferred)
- Experience with corporate tax and ASC 740
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
