Job Title: BI Developer (Power BI)
Location: Remote
Job Summary
Design and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards, transforming data into actionable insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources using Microsoft data tools
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand data requirements and business needs
- Analyze manufacturing and operational data to support strategic decision-making
- Act as a liaison between BI and other departments to align data strategies
- Integrate forecasting and predictive analytics into reporting solutions
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained
- Continuously improve BI processes, reporting methodologies, and data accuracy
- Communicate project updates, insights, and issues to stakeholders effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
- Strong expertise in Power BI for reporting and data visualization
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft data tools (Fabric, Synapse, Azure, etc.)
- Experience working with data warehouses and large datasets.
- Good communication and stakeholder management
