Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced QA Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain advanced test automation frameworks across complex enterprise systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead automation initiatives that ensure product quality at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Automation Strategy & Frameworks
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks (UI, API, mobile, performance).
- Define automation standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for QA teams.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Test Design & Execution
- Create robust automated test suites for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Ensure high coverage across microservices, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Tools & Technologies
- Expert in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, RestAssured, Postman, JMeter, Gatling.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Quality Leadership
- Mentor junior QA engineers and drive automation adoption across teams.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product managers to embed quality in every stage.
- Champion shift-left testing practices and promote test-driven development (TDD/BDD).
- Advanced Testing
- Tools & Technologies
- Expert in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, RestAssured, Postman, JMeter, Gatling.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
