Job Summary
The HR Executive – Internal Hiring is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for internal hiring needs. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while working closely with hiring managers to fulfill workforce requirements efficiently and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment cycle for internal job openings
Understand job requirements and create job descriptions
Post job openings on job portals and internal platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
2. Candidate Sourcing
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future needs
Use creative sourcing techniques to attract quality talent
3. Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and interview panels
Collect and document interview feedback
4. Candidate Management
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Provide updates on application status
Ensure a positive candidate experience
5. Offer Management
Assist in salary negotiation and offer rollout
Coordinate with candidates for offer acceptance and joining formalities
6. Recruitment Reporting & MIS
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.)
Maintain recruitment databases and reports
Ensure proper documentation of all hiring activities
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience in internal/corporate hiring
- Strong networking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
