Overview
We are seeking an Attorney to join our team and gain hands-on experience in mortgage foreclosure and creditor-side collections. This is a great opportunity for a new attorney to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support foreclosure and collections matters
- Conduct legal research and draft basic legal documents
- Assist with case management and client communication
- Work closely with senior attorneys on active cases
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky (required)
- 2–3 years of experience (internship/clerkship acceptable)
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Exposure to foreclosure, collections, or litigation
