Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review ASC 740 tax provisions
- Support corporate tax compliance and consulting engagements
- Assist with tax planning and advisory for corporate clients
- Collaborate with audit and tax teams for accurate reporting
- Support tax provision preparation, review, and audit processes
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of corporate tax experience
- Strong experience with ASC 740 (tax provision)
- Background in corporate tax compliance and consulting
- CPA preferred or CPA eligible
- Experience with a Top 20 public accounting firm
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
