Job Title: Plant Manager III – Pork Processing
Location: Logansport, IN

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee all operations at a pork processing facility. This role will manage production across three shifts and ensure efficiency, safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the plant.
- Oversee daily plant operations including production, maintenance, safety, and sanitation
- Manage multiple teams across departments and shifts
- Ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor performance, costs, and productivity to drive improvements
- Resolve issues related to incoming and outgoing product quality
- Lead workforce development, succession planning, and retention initiatives
- Support shipping, receiving, and scheduling operations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in the meat/food processing industry
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Knowledge of production operations and plant management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Travel: Occasional (6–11 trips per year)
- Relocation: Available nationwide
