We are currently seeking Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer for an assignment in Annapolis Junction, MD a multi-year project.

Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience designing and developing AI/ML solutions from concept through production deployment.
- Experience building, training, testing, and evaluating machine learning models in real-world environments.
- Strong programming experience writing production-quality code, preferably in Python.
- Experience conducting Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) on both structured and unstructured data.
- Ability to assess data quality, define data models, and determine appropriate model input strategies.
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into existing software platforms or enterprise architectures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions, model tradeoffs, and solution implications clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud-based AI/ML deployment.
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices for deploying, monitoring, and managing machine learning models at scale.
