Job Title: Senior Manager – Corporate Tax Advisory
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
- Manage corporate tax compliance and tax planning projects
- Review complex corporate tax returns and ASC 740 tax provisions
- Lead client engagements and supervise staff
- Support business development and client relationship management
- Research tax issues and provide consulting support
- Active CPA or JD with active law license
- 5–7+ years of progressive corporate tax experience
- Recent experience in a Top 20 public accounting firm
- Strong ASC 740 Tax Provision experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Able to work hybrid (3 days onsite in Chicago)
