Job Title: Associate Attorney – Foreclosure Law
Location: Hybrid – Mount Laurel Township, NJ, USA
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure pleadings.
• Handle foreclosure cases, including contested matters.
• Attend mediations, depositions, and court hearings.
• Provide regular updates to clients.
• Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Assist with special legal projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Ability to work hybrid with in-office training in Mount Laurel, NJ.
