Job Title: Senior UX Designer
Job Location: Plano, TX.(onsite)

Responsibilities
- Design clean, user-friendly interfaces from concept to handoff—wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final assets
- Develop and refine user flows that align with both business goals and user behavior
- Gather and apply insights from user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Identify pain points and propose UX improvements based on real user data
- Maintain visual consistency across web experiences using shared design systems
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation Continuously evolve the platform’s design language and components
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, especially within B2B or SaaS environments
- Portfolio that highlights thoughtful UX thinking and polished visual design
- Proficiency in Figma and comfort designing responsive web experiences
- Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions
- Organized and self-motivated—you’re comfortable juggling a few projects at once
- Clear communicator who can explain design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
