Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive compensation governance and planning calendar
- Support Compensation Committee meetings and prepare materials
- Build Excel models and compensation analysis for executive pay decisions
- Coordinate with Legal and Finance on public company disclosures (Proxy/CD&A, 10-K, 8-K)
- Assist with shareholder engagement related to executive compensation
- Maintain documentation, processes, and compliance for executive compensation programs
- 10+ years of compensation experience, including 7+ years in executive compensation
- Experience working in a public company compensation environment
- Strong Excel modeling and analytical skills
- Experience supporting Compensation Committees and shareholder meetings
- Ability to work with senior executives and handle confidential information
- Experience with a Fortune 100 company or compensation consulting firm
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
