Job Title: Partnership Taxation Senior Manager
📍 Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead partnership tax compliance and consulting engagements
- Review complex partnership tax returns and ensure accuracy
- Advise clients on tax strategies and identify savings opportunities
- Manage multiple client projects and ensure timely delivery
- Support business development and build client relationships
- Mentor, train, and develop tax professionals
- Research complex tax issues and respond to IRS inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license required
- 10+ years of tax experience (public accounting required)
- Strong experience in partnership tax (Subchapter K)
- Proven leadership and team management experience
