Work Model: Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office or at client site)

The Corporate Tax Manager will lead and manage Research & Development (R&D) Tax Credit engagements within the Methods, Credits & Incentives (MCI) practice. This role involves supervising projects, advising clients on complex R&D tax matters, ensuring compliance with federal and select state regulations, and supporting business development initiatives.
- Active CPA or JD / active attorney license (EA not accepted)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 6–10 years of experience in R&D Tax Credits
(Fixed Assets or Tax Accounting Methods experience accepted) - Minimum 4 years of accounting or tax experience in public accounting or consulting
- Strong knowledge of federal and state R&D tax rules and relevant case law
- Experience with amending tax returns
- Prior project management experience
- Strong time management and multi-engagement capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work additional hours as needed
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
- Industry experience in Technology, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, or Not-for-Profit
