💰 Compensation: Base pay + Result Share bonus (average ~16%)
- Install, repair, and maintain industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Dismantle and move large or complex machinery
- Service and repair automobiles and parts
- Always follow safety procedures
- 1–2 years of industrial maintenance or mechanical experience
- Experience working with large or complex machinery
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Industrial maintenance education or related training preferred
- PLC knowledge is a plus
