Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI initiatives across enterprise-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in statistical modeling, big data processing, and cloud-native ML platforms, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Leadership
- Define and drive data science roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end ML/AI projects from data collection to deployment.
- Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Advanced Analytics & Modeling
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models using regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
- Apply NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems to solve business problems.
- Conduct A/B testing, causal inference, and experiment design
- Work with distributed data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks).
- Build scalable ML pipelines on Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.
- Integrate models into production using MLOps practices.
- Programming & Tools
- Expert in Python, R, and SQL; familiarity with Scala or Julia.
- Proficiency in ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Data Engineering Collaboration
- Partner with data engineers to design robust ETL pipelines.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and lineage across systems.
- Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources.
- Business Impact
- Translate technical findings into clear business insights.
- Present results to executives and stakeholders using storytelling and visualization.
- Drive adoption of AI/ML solutions across departments.
- Education: Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience: 7+ years in data science, machine learning, or AI roles.
- Technical Expertise:
- Advanced statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Strong coding skills in Python, R, SQL.
- Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks).
- Cloud ML platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
- Data visualization and BI tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead projects and mentor teams.

Education
