Job Title: Manager – R&D Tax Credits
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19103

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our Methods, Credits & Incentives (MCI) – R&D Tax Credit practice. In this role, you will manage R&D tax credit projects, support client engagements, and provide practical tax solutions.
- Manage and deliver R&D tax credit projects
- Analyze financial data and prepare tax-related schedules and reports
- Research tax regulations and support compliance
- Work directly with clients, including site visits when required
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Support business development and proposal efforts
- Active CPA or JD (Attorney license required)
- 6–10 years of experience in R&D tax credits (or Fixed Assets / Tax Methods)
- Minimum 4 years in public accounting or consulting
- Experience with tax return mechanics and amendments
- Strong understanding of federal and state R&D tax rules
- Prior project management experience
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Travel required based on client needs
