Job Title: Associate Attorney
Job Location: Madeira, Ohio (Hybrid)
Onsite/Hybrid: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days onsite/client site)

Required Skills:
• Active license to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky, in good standing
• Strong understanding of foreclosure, collections, or litigation processes (academic or practical exposure acceptable)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and client interaction
• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities effectively
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a legal team environment
• Familiarity with court procedures, filings, and case management systems is a plus
• Capability to conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and reports
Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills:
• Legal internship, clerkship, or prior experience in foreclosure, collections, or litigation
• Exposure to high-volume legal environments or law firm practice
• Experience handling court appearances or client interactions
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks
Mandatory Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky (mandatory)
• 2–3 years of relevant legal experience preferred (internships/clerkships considered)
• Must be in good standing with respective state bar associations
